Shipping and Returns


All orders take approximately 1-3 days to produce and ship unless it is out of stock in which case, pls. allow 2 weeks to ship.



We ship to all states in the United States and to all international destinations

If your country is not listed at checkout, please email mail@luxitune.com

and we will assist you with completing the purchase



If you are not happy with your order purchased on our online store, you have

15 days to return the fine tuner for a full refund or exchange with another piece of equal value, under the conditions that they are not damaged from wear and tear. Please email all return inquiries for a RA  (Return Authorization) to:


1) Please send a photo of the fine tuner you wish to return

2) Please send a copy of the receipt of the purchase you made on our website


If the value of the exchange piece is higher, there will be a charge for the

difference on your credit card. If the exchange value is lower than the original

purchase, we will refund the difference to you. 

We are not responsible for any pieces that are lost or damaged from

return shipping. Please ensure to package returns properly with protected

packaging and in the original Luxitune packaging to avoid any damages.

Please mark all returns "RETURN" with clearly marked packages with

the correct address that will be issued upon receiving and assessing all

return inquiries.
